This Privacy Policy describes how Super Intelligence, operator of Megahit GrowthOS ("Megahit," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use megahit.ai and related services. Effective date: July 12, 2026.
To provide and improve the service, to power the AI agents and memory layer, for billing, for support, and for marketing communications (with opt-out).
With subprocessors and vendors (e.g., cloud hosting, LLM providers used to power agents). We do not sell personal data. We disclose information only as required by law or with consent.
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-FRR3PME1TR) to understand how visitors find and use megahit.ai. Google sets first-party cookies (for example _ga and _ga_<stream-id>) containing a randomly generated identifier used to distinguish returning visitors. Through this we collect pages viewed, session duration, referring source, approximate geographic location derived from IP address, and device and browser type. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses. We also use Google Search Console, which reports aggregated search queries that lead to this site and sets no cookies.
You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We do not currently operate a cookie consent banner; consent mechanics for visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom are pending the legal review noted above.
Account data, campaign data, and memory/context data are retained while your account is active. On cancellation, outputs and performance data remain accessible for 90 days and are exportable.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data by emailing business@megahit.ai. Regional rights (GDPR/CCPA) apply as confirmed by counsel.

The service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.
